Mario Gazitúa is the CEO of Bci Seguros, the largest P&C insurance company in Chile.

In the last 10 years, Mario led Bci Seguros from a small insurance company into one of the main players in the industry, multiplying by 6X revenues, 5X profits and earning the recognition of several industries. 

Mario believes that the key to provide high value to customers lays in the formation of high performing teams and the formulation of sound strategy followed by a solid execution

Mario was also Director of Planning and Corporate Development at AXA Seguros Latinoamérica and Director of Finance, Administration and Operations at LATAM. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Universidad de Chile and an MBA from IESE, Universidad de Navarra.
