Tony manages the Green Climate Fund’s private investment programme comprising $2.1 billion in loans, equity and guarantees across a variety of sectors, including renewable energy, in funds, project finance and credit lines in developing countries.

He has over twenty-five years’ private investment experience having worked both in developed and developing markets and has held senior investment positions with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), infrastructure fund IFM Investors and private equity firm CVC Capital Partners, and has led a number of major project finance transactions for international developers across the world. Tony is currently based in Seoul, Korea.
