Hilda Savitri joined PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) as the Chief Investment Officer in January 2016. Prior to joining IIF, she was an Investment Director in TAEL Management (2007-2015), a regional fund manager managing of more than US$550 million fund from offshore institutional investors. Prior to that, she worked for UOB Asia Ltd from 2004 to 2007 with latest position as Associate Director, responsible for structuring, execution and distribution of various merger and acquisition transactions, loan syndications, project financing, shares placement and other structured financing transactions for Indonesian clients. Previously, she worked for PT Danareksa (Persero) (1995 –1999 and 2001 –2002) and PT Nusantara Securities (2002 –2004) in investment banking division. She also has working experience in accounting firm, Siddharta Siddharta & Harsono (member of Coopers & Lybrand International) (1994-1995). She has an MBA degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand (2001) with full scholarship from New Zealand Overseas Development Award, and Bachelor degree in accounting from University of Indonesia (1994).
